How it all began....

Heavenly Ferments a culture experience began years ago when my 6 children where wee  little ones. I always made sure my home will fully stocked with healthy options for glowing children.  Certified and organic farm raised and fresh produce where a home  staple. I also wanted to include a healthy food based pre and probiotics that my children would eat.  


Sauerkraut was a game changer. 


Adding in a small amount to their meals daily.  Not only was it a healthy options for gut microbiome health, we also noticed improvements in our health as well. 


Sauerkraut has been a major staple for years in many cultures You can read more about a blog post wrote on the Art of Fermenting  


I am truly honored and excited for how Heavenly Ferments has taken off in a variety of ways. 

Each batch of sauerkraut is fermented in stone german crocks for about a month . All ingredients are certified organic and or locally sourced. The sea salt is of high quality and can be purchased  thru our marketplace.  Packed in one pint glass mason jars to ensure quality and taste. Beautifully  labeled by inhouse design. 


I have a variety of flavors.  Dill and Garlic,  Beet Ginger and Pineapple Mint Turmeric.  Each batch is stored in glass mason jars and labeled with a date  Heavenly Ferments sauerkraut is best consumed in 1 week for optimal benefits.  Best to start slow and work your way up. A TBS is all you need per meal.  Store in refrigerator
